In Audio Converter AI, Credit is a credit-based system that gives you access to transcribe videos and audios, use high-quality voices, boosts your productivity, and enhances your overall experience. It covers both feature usage and the computational cost of AI processing.

The computational resources required for different features vary, so the amount of Credit consumed also differs. See the Credit Policy for details.

Annual plans do not auto-renew for the next year, so no cancellation is required. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime under your account at no extra cost. Your plan will stay active until the end of the current billing cycle, then switch to the free plan. All your data in Audio Converter AI will remain safe.

Refunds are available within 24 hours of your first purchase only. The refund amount equals the payment minus the value of any used Credits.

Please note:

• Refund requests are not accepted after 24 hours
• "First purchase" does not include renewals, upgrades, or repurchases
• Monthly plans are not refundable within 24 hours after auto-renewal, but you may cancel during this period
• Discounted purchases are non-refundable
• A valid reason is required, and refund requests must be emailed to audioconverterai@gmail.com

No, Annual Plan will not auto-renew after expiration.

After the first month's payment, the subscription will automatically renew the following month. If the renewal fails due to reasons on your end, such as insufficient funds in your bank account, your account will automatically revert to the free plan the following month.
